For Veterinarians
A one-page client handout for the food list you’d recommend.

Compare Cat Foods does not give veterinary advice — that’s your role, that you trained for. What we can do however is make the part that follows a consult easier: hand your client a one-page handout that opens a list of cat foods that you’ve pre-configured to their needs.
- Low phosphorus as measured by mg/100 kcal for a renal patient
- Wet foods that fall beneath a calorie ceiling
They scan the QR code (or click it inside the PDF) and land on exactly the foods you’d point them toward. Simple and free to you, and an amazing value add for your client who will not have to wade through the whole market alone. They’ll only see suitable options and what they cost.
We’re a privacy-minded company, and we’d genuinely encourage you to read our Privacy Policy and Terms — keeping them clean is a point of pride. No sign-ups, no cost, no nudging anyone toward a particular brand or formula, and no invasive tracking. And we try to keep the catalog itself defensible: as you’ll see in our Methodology, the database holds only complete & balanced primary diets — including prescription / veterinary formulas — while raw, freeze-dried, air-dried, and dehydrated foods are excluded in line with FDA and AVMA guidance.
Our only incentive is to be useful to enough people that some of them choose to support us through an affiliate link.
How it works
- Filter the food list. On the comparison page, set whatever you want — brand, wet or dry, retail or prescription, phosphorus and other nutrients, and ingredients to include or avoid.
- Make the handout. Click Share in the filter panel, then Make a Client Handout. The handout builder opens with your filtered link ready to go — or paste a link you saved earlier.
- Label and download. Add a short note like Renal diet, then download a one-page PDF you can print or share.
Private by design
Everything happens in your browser. The link you choose and the label you type are never sent to us or stored anywhere — the handout is built on your screen and saved straight to a PDF on your device.
